CRX•Money

Terms of Use

These terms explain the current baseline expectations for invited users participating in the CRX•Money closed alpha.

Last updated April 15, 2026

Closed Alpha Scope

CRX•Money is currently being provided as an invite-only closed alpha. Access is intended for a limited set of approved users and organizations evaluating the product, shaping workflows, and helping the service mature toward a stronger production baseline.

The service should be treated as pre-release software. Features, operational limits, user experience, and product boundaries may change as the platform evolves. Participation in the closed alpha should assume active iteration rather than a frozen public contract.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and using CRX•Money only through authorized accounts and workspaces. Access to tenant and workspace functionality is governed by the permissions and roles configured within the product.

Closed-alpha access may be limited, adjusted, suspended, or removed as the program evolves. Access is personal to the invited user or approved organization and should not be shared outside the authorized group.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CRX•Money in a way that attempts to bypass access controls, compromise workspace privacy, interfere with platform availability, reverse engineer protected service behavior, or misuse integrations and uploaded materials.

You also agree not to use the closed alpha for abusive testing, public misrepresentation of unfinished capabilities, or the distribution of pre-release product details outside the context of your authorized evaluation unless the CRX•Money team has approved that sharing.

Feedback and Pre-Release Participation

Feedback is a core part of the closed alpha. Comments, bug reports, workflow observations, and product suggestions may be used to improve the service, refine priorities, and shape the production direction.

Participation in the alpha does not create an obligation to continue the service in its current form, preserve every pre-release behavior, or promote every experimental workflow into a long-term product commitment.

Operational Responsibility

CRX•Money is designed to support disciplined operational work, but users and workspace operators remain responsible for how they interpret financial outputs, configure rules, review evidence, and act on the resulting information.

The product is an operational software tool, not a substitute for accounting, legal, tax, investment, or compliance judgment. You remain responsible for the decisions made within your own organization and workflows.

Availability, Support, and Change

Because the service is in alpha, CRX•Money may change or refine workflows, UI surfaces, integrations, data models, and operating behavior without long deprecation cycles. Reasonable efforts may be made to communicate important changes, but uninterrupted availability, long-term backward compatibility, and specific support response times are not guaranteed.

The service may also experience resets, maintenance windows, data adjustments, or operational guardrail changes as the product hardens for broader release.

Ending Access

CRX•Money may end or limit participation in the closed alpha at any time, including for operational, security, product, or program-management reasons. Users may also stop participating at any time.

Alpha Note

These terms are intended as a practical baseline for an invite-only alpha release. As CRX•Money matures toward a broader rollout, this page may be expanded into a more formal service terms document.
