Closed Alpha Context
CRX•Money is an invite-only closed alpha for a limited group of users and organizations. This notice is intended to explain the current data-handling posture clearly and practically while the product is still evolving.
Because the service is pre-release, workflows, provider choices, operational boundaries, and retention details may change as the platform matures. If the operating model changes materially, this notice may evolve with it.
Information We May Process
CRX•Money may process account identity information, workspace and tenant metadata, uploaded financial documents, integration payloads, workflow history, operational audit records, and system telemetry required to run the service safely.
The exact data processed depends on which workflows are enabled for a given workspace, including document uploads, provider integrations, reporting, and audit-oriented review surfaces.
Why We Process It
CRX•Money processes data to authenticate users, deliver workspace functionality, preserve auditable money-movement context, operate integrations, support reporting, maintain service security, and improve the product during the closed alpha.
We also retain operational records needed to understand who did what, what source evidence was involved, and how a financial result was produced.
Access and Visibility
Within the product, access to workspace data is intended to follow account, tenant, and role boundaries. Workspace operators and invited participants may be able to access information that is necessary for their approved workflows.
Operational logs and audit history may preserve user actions, workflow events, and related metadata to support investigation, accountability, and product improvement.
Third-Party Services
CRX•Money may rely on third-party infrastructure and communications providers to host the application, store data, deliver operational email, and support configured integrations. Those providers should receive only the information needed to perform their part of the service.
Retention and Alpha Data Lifecycle
Data may be retained for as long as it is operationally needed for the closed alpha, including for troubleshooting, workflow continuity, auditability, and platform hardening.
Because this is an alpha release, some environments, records, or uploaded materials may be adjusted, reset, migrated, or removed as the product evolves. Users should not assume the same retention guarantees or operational permanence expected from a mature production service.
Data Handling Posture
The product is being built with a high concern for private data, tenant boundaries, auditability, and operator accountability. That does not mean the alpha is claimed to be complete, certified, or final; it means privacy-sensitive handling is part of the design intent rather than a later afterthought.
Alpha Note
Because CRX•Money is still in alpha, service behavior, data-processing boundaries, provider choices, and retention practices may change as the product hardens. This notice should be read as the current operating explanation for the closed-alpha release line.
